The Chessington Plaza Dollhouse

    A richly detailed Turn of the Century limited edition. The Chessington Plaza is an opportunity for those who would like to indulge in shop keeping, apartment dwelling and terrace gardening. All this can be done in the grand style since there are two shops, two apartments and a large roof terrace. Rooms are accessible from the sides and front allowing the building to be placed against a wall. Imagine the Chessington as a dramatic focal point in your home.
    The exterior is lavishly enhanced with numerous architectural details and interesting contrasts in texture and color. The production of Chessington Plaza will be limited to twenty-five houses, with slight variations in each house. Modifications can be made to accommodate the special needs of your collection.
     There are twenty-one possible interior rooms. Finish the first floor as a cafe', flower shop, fruit market or antique shop. Decorate the two apartments in contrasting styles, Chinese and English traditional or French and Art Noveau. The possibilities! The roof terrace rooms can be used as studio, conservatory or library. This is a very versatile habitat for the consummate collector.

Notes:

The Lawbre company does NOT make kits. They build only assembled shell houses or completed finished doll houses. These houses are placed in specially built crates and shipped via freight truck (18 wheel truck) and can not be sent via UPS. There is normally a $110 crating charge for each Lawbre housebut the Chessington Plaza required two (2) crating charges.. All orders must be pre-paid and can take up to 60 days depending on time of year. Availability can be checked once your order is placed. We must have a street address or rural route, no p.o. boxes. Free shipping and other discounts do not apply to assembled houses. Most Lawbre houses are sent freight collect, meaning you write a check to the freight company when the house is delivered.
