This splendid miniature house was inspired by the great manor farmhouses ofLl-de-France. The time period is the late-Seventeenth/early-Eighteenth century. The detail is elegant and authentic, complete with oeil-de-boeuf dormers. The much requested large rooms are perfect for an elegant yet casual country decor either of the period of a contemporary treatment. There is a broad forecourt, perfect
for a party. The windows and doors were designed for this house and are beautifully crafted. Even the slight curve of the roof line has been retained.. Three floors, 13 rooms. First floor is 12", second floor is 11", third floor 11¼". Dimensions: 64"W x 26"D x 37"H Scale: 1/12

The Lawbre company does NOT make kits. They build only assembled shell houses or completed finished doll houses. These houses are placed in specially built crates and shipped via freight truck (18 wheel truck) and can not be sent via UPS. There is a $110 crating charge for each Lawbre house. All orders must be pre-paid and can take up to 60 days depending on time of year. Availability can be checked once your order is placed. We must have a street address or rural route, no p.o. boxes. Free shipping and other discounts do not apply to assembled houses. Most Lawbre houses are sent freight collect, meaning you write a check to the freight company when the house is delivered.
