Circa 1880 - A mansard "turreted" villa boldly detailed in the late Victorian manner. Three staircases and stairwell railings, double front door with "glass" panels, half-"glass" side door and sash door, porch roof and posts, two chimneys. Three floors plus tower, 11 rooms. First floor is 10", second floor is 9", third floor 7¾" , fourth floor 10". Dimensions: 48"W x 26"D x 41"H Scale: 1/12

Notes:
The Lawbre company does NOT make kits. They build only assembled shell houses or completed finished doll houses. These houses are placed in specially built crates and shipped via freight truck (18 wheel truck) and can not be sent via UPS. There is a $110 crating charge for each Lawbre house. All orders must be pre-paid and can take up to 60 days depending on time of year. Availability can be checked once your order is placed. We must have a street address or rural route, no p.o. boxes. Free shipping and other discounts do not apply to assembled houses. Most Lawbre houses are sent freight collect, meaning you write a check to the freight company when the house is delivered.
