The Lawbre Company has a new house design in response to the popularity of
mission style and arts and crafts style furniture. They believe the house is the
epitome of 20th century design - a Prairie style dollhouse. The house can be constructed
in two magnificent designs. A full size version will have three floors and eight
spacious rooms. The third floor opens onto a rooftop patio with surrounding wall.
A long second floor balcony overlooks a spacious patio below. The exterior
can be finished with stucco with vertical battens and horizontal string courses.
Windows are micro-glass with simulated "Art Glass" inserts to be painted by you
or Lawbre artist. A second version will also be offered. This will have the
same basic design as the larger without the extended living room, third floor, and patio
on the first floor. Pictured is the large house has two French doors; 14 long, 8
medium, and 7 short windows' interior staircase, and chimney. Dimensions: 64"W
x 22"D x 38"H. Open on back.

Notes:
The Lawbre company does NOT make kits. They build only assembled shell houses or completed finished houses. These houses are placed in specially built crates and shipped via freight truck (18 wheel truck) and can not be sent via UPS. There is a $110 crating charge for each Lawbre house. All orders must be pre-paid and can take up to 60 days depending on time of year. Availability can be checked once your order is placed. We must have a street address or rural route, no p.o. boxes. Free shipping and other discounts do not apply to assembled houses. Most Lawbre houses are sent freight collect, meaning you write a check to the freight company when the house is delivered.
