An outstanding Victorian house in the Queen Anne style. Ideal for limited space. Carefully paid attention to architectural detail, color and texture make this a very exciting collectors house. House includes assembled shell and base with exterior staircases, porch posts, brick chimney, 2 interior staircases and stairwell railing set, front and back doors with etched glass and interior wall unit with double pocket doors.

Notes:
The Lawbre company does NOT make kits. They build only assembled shell houses or completed finished houses. These houses are placed in specially built crates and shipped via freight truck (18 wheel truck) and can not be sent via UPS. There is a $110 crating charge for each Lawbre house. All orders must be pre-paid and can take up to 60 days depending on time of year. Availability can be checked once your order is placed. We must have a street address or rural route, no p.o. boxes. Free shipping and other discounts do not apply to assembled houses. Most Lawbre houses are sent freight collect, meaning you write a check to the freight company when the house is delivered.
