In every respect this house characterizes the English Tudor style. A
variety of colors and textures will recreate a most picturesque period. The windows
are handmade and have micro glass panes with diamond grids. The doors have carved
Tudor details; thoughtful details abound. This house would be very comfortable in
the 16th century. 2 floors, 8 rooms plus large attic. Dimensions:
58"W x 22"D x 35"H. Open on back. Ceiling height on 1st and 2nd
floors is 10", attic is 11½" and 10".

The Lawbre company does NOT make kits. They build only assembled shell houses or completed finished houses. These houses are placed in specially built crates and shipped via freight truck (18 wheel truck) and can not be sent via UPS. There is a $110 crating charge for each Lawbre house. All orders must be pre-paid and can take up to 60 days depending on time of year. Availability can be checked once your order is placed. We must have a street address or rural route, no p.o. boxes. Free shipping and other discounts do not apply to assembled houses. Most Lawbre houses are sent freight collect, meaning you write a check to the freight company when the house is delivered.
