A gracious Georgian Manor of moderate size yet having generous size rooms.
As usual Lawbre has lavished many classical details on the exterior making it a
delight to the eye. Four columns with Corinthian capitals make an impressive entry.
The fanlight front door with tracery sidelights as well as the French doors and
perfectly proportioned windows are handmade in wood with micro glass panes. The
wings are banded by a Roman wreath design and crowned with an elegant balustrade.
The interior features a curved staircase in a very nice size foyer and a straight stair to
the attic. There are eight rooms in all with accessible attic space.
Decoration could be period Georgian or contemporary eclectic. Truly an easy house to
live with and one to be admired. 2 floors, 8 rooms plus attic. Dimensions: 58"W
x 22"D x 35"H. Open on back. Ceiling height on 1st and 2nd floors is
11", attic is 8".

The Lawbre company does NOT make kits. They build only assembled shell houses or completed finished houses. These houses are placed in specially built crates and shipped via freight truck (18 wheel truck) and can not be sent via UPS. There is a $110 crating charge for each Lawbre house. All orders must be pre-paid and can take up to 60 days depending on time of year. Availability can be checked once your order is placed. We must have a street address or rural route, no p.o. boxes. Free shipping and other discounts do not apply to assembled houses. Most Lawbre houses are sent freight collect, meaning you write a check to the freight company when the house is delivered.
