Grandma's Attic. From the Mott Family CollectionTM. Not one to simply discard a tiny treasure simply because it was scratched or broken, Allegra Mott simply stored them in her "attic." Barbara Mott used materials from her grandmother's wedding gown to fashion the miniature gown & veil, which
are copies of the original.
From the Mott Family CollectionTM. The collecting of miniature books was the private passion of De Witt Mott. There are approximately 350 exceptional specimins in this exhibit, most of them rare antiques. Most books in this shop are actually printed and bound, not hand-lettered or reproduced, and most are readable with the naked eye.
Dan C. Hall Pavillion. From the Mott Family CollectionTM. Dozens of antique German Bisques, French and Italian miniature antique dolls grace this period Ballroom. With turning cut crystal chandeliers made by Allegra Mott, and a hand-laid parquet floor the ballroom is a spectacle in itself.
